What’s been happening:

I was married to Elmer Yon a year after graduation and we moved to Sacramento,CA in 1948. Here we raised our two sons. Elmer had a long career in sales and I pursued the teaching career I had prepared for while at Penn State. We both retired in the early eighties and spent many years enjoying our lives together traveling about the country, keeping up with scattered friends and family, and playing lots of golf along the way. We even spent a lovely day at Toftrees! Elmer passed away in 2004 and I moved to a retirement facility in Long Beach, CA to be near our oldest son. I spend my days doing work in my church, traveling about the country with family, and exploring things in the local area. I find many Penn State grads every where I go. Somehow we easily spot a Nittany Lion supporter when we spot one.
